Full-Stack Engineer
Full-timeRemoteBuild and scale the Voxa web platform, desktop apps (Tauri/Rust), and cross-platform sync infrastructure. You will work on the bridge between our speech engine and the user-facing product.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Rust or C++
- Familiarity with Tauri, Electron, or native desktop development
- Understanding of audio processing pipelines
- Interest in privacy-first architecture and local-first software
ML Engineer — Speech & NLP
Full-timeRemoteImprove and fine-tune our Arabic dialect speech models. You will work directly with whisper.cpp, Silero VAD, and custom language models to push the boundaries of Arabic speech recognition.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with speech recognition systems (Whisper, DeepSpeech, Wav2Vec)
- Strong Python and C/C++ skills
- Background in Arabic NLP or multilingual ASR
- Experience with model quantization and on-device inference (ONNX, CoreML, Metal)
Product Designer
Full-timeRemoteDesign the Voxa experience across desktop and mobile. You will own the interface for a tool that people use hundreds of times per day — it needs to be invisible, fast, and delightful.
What We Are Looking For
- Portfolio showing desktop and mobile product design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong understanding of accessibility and RTL/BiDi layouts
- Ability to prototype interactions in Figma or code
